Classic Banana bread

Makes 10 servings

Moist and dense without any added fat.

Ingredients
4 bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Mash bananas, combine eggs and sugar until fully incorporated. Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet mixture, place in greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for one hour.
