Salsa Chicken Recipe

A quick and easy meal, side dish, or taco filling.

Ingredients
2 breasts chicken
2 cups white rice
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 cup corn
Directions
  1. Cook rice on the stove or in a rice cooker.

  2. Cube two chicken breasts and set aside.

  3. In a saucepan, add the salsa and corn.

  4. Bring to a simmer on medium heat.

  5. Add the chicken and cover.

  6. Cook until chicken is cooked through.

  7. Mix in with rice, or serve on top of rice.
