Fruit Bowl 1 Recipe

Mixed fruits, yogurt and grapenuts

Ingredients
1 small apple
1 small pear
1/2 cup peaches
1 small orange
1 small banana
1/2 cup plums, sliced
1/2 cup nectarines, sliced
2 cups yogurt, plain, low fat
1 cups grape nuts cereal
Directions
  1. Dice each fruit into one bowl

  2. Divide into 4 fruit bowls

  3. Apply 1/2 cup of yogurt to top of each fruit bowl

  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grapenuts on top

  5. Eat and enjoy
