Mixed fruits, yogurt and grapenuts
| 1 | small apple |
| 1 | small pear |
| 1/2 | cup peaches |
| 1 | small orange |
| 1 | small banana |
| 1/2 | cup plums, sliced |
| 1/2 | cup nectarines, sliced |
| 2 | cups yogurt, plain, low fat |
| 1 | cups grape nuts cereal |
- Dice each fruit into one bowl
- Divide into 4 fruit bowls
- Apply 1/2 cup of yogurt to top of each fruit bowl
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup grapenuts on top
- Eat and enjoy
