Makes 10 servings

Pumpkin Spice Bread

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin,canned
1 egg
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup applesauce,no sugar added
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Mix together all dry ingredients except sugar in one bowl.

  3. Mix together all wet ingredients including sugar.

  4. Lightly grease 9x5 bread pan.

  5. Pour batter into pan cook for 50-55 min, until toothpick can beinserted into center of bread and comes out clean.

  6. Let cool for 15 min before turning bread out of pan.
