Pumpkin Spice Bread

Ingredients

cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 |
cup all purpose flour |
| 1 |
tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 |
tsp baking soda |
| 1 |
tsp ground cinnamon |
| 1 |
tsp ground ginger |
| 1/4 |
tsp ground nutmeg |
| 1/4 |
cup molasses |
| 1/2 |
cup light brown sugar |
| 1 |
cup pumpkin,canned |
| 1 |
egg |
| 1/2 |
cup nonfat yogurt |
| 1/4 |
cup applesauce,no sugar added |
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Mix together all dry ingredients except sugar in one bowl.
- Mix together all wet ingredients including sugar.
- Lightly grease 9x5 bread pan.
- Pour batter into pan cook for 50-55 min, until toothpick can beinserted into center of bread and comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 min before turning bread out of pan.
