Ingredients

cup cracked bulgur wheat |

tbs olive oil |

tbs lime juice |

carrot |
| 1 |
stalk celery |
| 1/2 |
cup onions |
Directions
- soak the bulgar wheat in hot water for about 15 minutes then drain and squeeze out liquid. chop carrot, celery and onions. mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
