Ingredients
1/2 cup cracked bulgur wheat
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lime juice
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1/2 cup onions
Directions
  1. soak the bulgar wheat in hot water for about 15 minutes then drain and squeeze out liquid. chop carrot, celery and onions. mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
