This is VERY GOOD!!! Try to add some cheese to the sauce before adding it to the cabbage.
| 1 | head of cabbage |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 | teaspoons salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon vinegar |
| 1/4 | cup heavy cream |
| 2 | tablespoons butter |
| 1 | teaspoon Splenda |
- Cut the cabbage into quarters and cook, uncovered, in boiling water for 20 minutes, drain and chop.
- Beat the eggs until light, and then add remaining ingredients. Combine the egg mixture and the cabbage and place in a well-buttered baking dish.
- Bake at 450°F for 15 to20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
