vegetables wrapped in soft flour tortilla shell with spicy dijion mustard

Ingredients
1/8 cup bell pepper,
1/8 cup carrots, grated
1 romaine lettuce leaf
1/8 cup cucumber, diced
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 slice of provolone cheese
1 flour tortilla
Directions
pull one leaf of lettuce and place in the center of the wrap, slice bell pepper and place in center, grate carrots and place in center, dice cucumber and place in center, spread mustard on wrap, place cheese in center, & roll up like a burrito
