Ingredients
1 pound hamburger, browned
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 white onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic
8 oz of hunts tomato sauce
2 tbsp oregano
Directions
  1. brown hamburger with chopped garlic & onion

  2. add potatoes, oregano & tomato sauce

  3. simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done

  4. last 10 minutes add green pepper

  5. serve with mexican rice and tortillas
