| 1 | pound hamburger, browned |
| 3 | medium potatoes, cubed |
| 1 | white onion, chopped |
| 1 | bell pepper, chopped |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 8 | oz of hunts tomato sauce |
| 2 | tbsp oregano |
- brown hamburger with chopped garlic & onion
- add potatoes, oregano & tomato sauce
- simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done
- last 10 minutes add green pepper
- serve with mexican rice and tortillas
