Basic cake-like brownie recipe from scratch
| 1/2 | cup butter, melted |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1 | tsp. vanilla |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 | cup flour |
| 1/3 | cup cocoa powder |
| 1/4 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/4 | tsp. salt |
- preheat oven to 350F/175C
- grease bottom of pan
- blend butter, sugar and vanilla
- add eggs and fold in
- In second bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt
- Gradually mix dry in wet mixture
- Pour into pan and bake 20-25 minutes
