- Pre-heat deep pot.
- Sautee the turkey bacon and remove.
- Add chopped onion until translucent.
- Add garlic, carrots and celery.
- Clean lentils in water.
- Move vegetables to avoid sticking and add lentils.
- Move lentils for a couple of minutes and add water and chicken stock
- Add tomato paste and let cook until lentils are soft
- Add salt/pepper to taste
