| 12 | oz beer |
| 1 | large yellow onion |
| 6 | cloves garlic |
| 8 | oz mushrooms |
| 1 | large green bell pepper |
| 12 | oz Tofu crumbles |
| 14 1/2 | oz canned whole tomatoes |
| 14 1/2 | oz canned stewed tomatoes |
| 16 | oz salsa |
| 14 1/2 | oz red kidney beans |
| 14 1/2 | oz great northern beans |
| 14 1/2 | oz black beans |
Saute everything but the beans and the salsa. Combine everything in a big pot and simmer 2 hours.Categories
