Three-Bean Vegetarian Chili Recipe

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
12 oz beer
1 large yellow onion
6 cloves garlic
8 oz mushrooms
1 large green bell pepper
12 oz Tofu crumbles
14 1/2 oz canned whole tomatoes
14 1/2 oz canned stewed tomatoes
16 oz salsa
14 1/2 oz red kidney beans
14 1/2 oz great northern beans
14 1/2 oz black beans
Directions
Saute everything but the beans and the salsa. Combine everything in a big pot and simmer 2 hours.
