Sweat Lodge Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken
4 scallions
3 cups broccoli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup dried cranberries
1 red bell pepper
Directions
  1. Cook chicken breasts in boiling water with 2 tbs soy sauce and garlic. Cut up chicken and let cool. Separate broccoli into small florets and add to bowl. Cut up bell pepper into small pieces. Cut scallions into small pieces. Add mayonnaise and chutney and mix together. Add chutney mixture to rest of ingredients. Add cranberries and chill until ready to serve.
