Vegan pumpkin muffins

Ingredients

cup butter |

cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 |
cup applesauce |
| 2 |
cups pumpkin |
| 1 |
tsp cinnamon |
| 1 |
tsp nutmeg |
| 2 1/2 |
cups whole wheat flour |
| 2 |
tsp baking soda |
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add applesauce, pumpkin and spices. Mix well. Add flour and baking soda.
- Fill muffin tins full as these muffins do not rise much. Bake for 20-25 min in 350 degree oven.
