Swiss Chard with Chick Peas Recipe

Makes 4 servings


from real simple, serve over grain of choice

Ingredients
8 tbls pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
7 1/4 tbls Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
2 tbls olive oil
10 oz swiss chard
Directions
  1. toast pine nuts- remove from pan

  2. add olive oil

  3. heat 1 minute

  4. add garlic and sautee for 1 minute

  5. add remaining ingrediants

  6. sautee until chard is wilted about 5 minutes

  7. toss with pine nuts and serve
