| 1/4 | cup chopped red peppers |
| 1/4 | cup chopped green peppers |
| 3 | ounces spinach |
| 3 | tbs olive oil |
Heat olive oil in wok or other deep pan. Add onions and green peppers and saute. Add spinach and saute until wilted. Serve over pasta using slotted spoon to minimize oil.Categories
