Veggie soup

Makes 10 servings

Pretty 'normal' vegetable soup

Ingredients
14 oz onion, diced
4 oz celery, sliced
4 oz carrot, sliced
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 vegetable bullion cubes
20 oz potato, diced
6 oz kohlrabi, diced
1 c frozen corn
1/2 c frozen peas
3/4 frozen green beans
8 c water
Directions
  1. Soft the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic in the oil. Cook over low heat ~15 min.

  2. Add the onion mixture, and remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high 4-6 h.
