Lentils and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
400 g lentils
1 med onion
2 med carrot
1 tbsp olive oil
2 stalk celery
4 c chicken broth
2 clove garlic
2 oz mushroom
375 g tomato
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add other items. Cook 20 minutes.
