Yummy
| 1 1/4 | cup flour |
| 1 1/3 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | cup lemon juice |
| 3 | tbsp lemon zest |
| 1 1/2 | tsp vanilla |
| 1 | cup yogurt |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1/3 | cup canola oil |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | cup sugar, confectioners |
- mix dry stuff
- mix all wet except 1/3 cup sugar, lemon juice and confectioners sugar and oil
- slowly put dry stuff in wet stuff
- fold oil into mixture slowly
- put into floured pan, bake at 350 50mins
- heat sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice, after cake is out of oven for 10mins, remove from pan and pour lemon sugar over cake
- mix 2 tsp lemon juice into powdered sugar, when cake is more cool, spread glaze
