| 52 | oz. Classico Fire-Roasted Tomato & Garlic pasta sauce |
| 1 1/2 | lbs. lean hamburger |
| 1 | eggplant (peeled & cubed) |
| 1 | onion (chopped) |
| 1 | green pepper (chopped) |
| 8 | oz. sliced mushrooms |
| 4 | oz. shredded carrots (finely chopped) |
| 5 | cloves garlic (crushed) |
| 2 | tbs. extra virgin olive oil |
Put olive oil in large cooking pot on medium heat. Add hamburger and all veggies, except garlic. Stir frequently to avoid burning. Cook until hamburger is cooked. Add garlic and 2 jars of Classico sauce (or whichever sauce you like). Place lid on pot, lower heat to med-low and simmer for as long as you can, but at least 30-60 mins. Stir occassionaly. Serve over favortie pasta. This makes alot, so invite some company to enjoy with you, freeze it, or cut recipe in 1/2.Categories
