Directions
- In pan saute' green onions with cooking spray unitll fragrent. Cut all vegitables into bite size pieces. Place all vegitables, bouillon cubes, water and tomato juice in pan. Add whatever kinds of seasoning you like, salt,peper,garlic,baisil,parsley, etc. You can add any kind of seasoning: celantro and cyane for a Mexican taste or basil and garlic for an Italian taste. Have fun with it.
- Simmer on a low-medium heat for 2 hrs or until all vegies are soft. If you want to puree' the soup that is also good or you can serve cold. ENJOY!
