roasted potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium red potatoes, quartered
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 large onion, diced
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
  1. Mix potatoes, seasonings, onions, and olive oil in a baking dish. Use seasoning portions to taste, can also use seasoned salt, garlic powder, etc.

  2. Bake at 400-450 for 45-60minutes until potatoes are golden and cooked through.
