| 4 | medium red potatoes, quartered |
| 1 | tsp. salt |
| 1 | tsp. paprika |
| 1 | large onion, diced |
| 1/4 | cup olive oil |
- Mix potatoes, seasonings, onions, and olive oil in a baking dish. Use seasoning portions to taste, can also use seasoned salt, garlic powder, etc.
- Bake at 400-450 for 45-60minutes until potatoes are golden and cooked through.
