Low cal banana bread... will it be good? Time will tell.
| 2 | banana |
| 1 | tablespoon of Margarine |
| 1/4 | cup of Splenda |
| 1/4 | cup of sugar |
| 1 | dash of Salt |
| 1 | tsp artificial vanilla extract |
| 1 | teaspoon of baking powder |
| 2 1/2 | tbsp egg beaters |
| 2 | tablespoons of nonfat Milk |
| 3/4 | cup wholewheat flour |
| 1/2 | tbsp cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 350° and spray two mini-baking pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place all but flour in a medium-sized mixing bowl and gently mix by hand until smooth. Add flour. Cook about 20 minutes - or until golden brown.Categories
