Low Cal Banana Bread (to Try) Recipe

Low cal banana bread... will it be good? Time will tell.

Ingredients
2 banana
1 tablespoon of Margarine
1/4 cup of Splenda
1/4 cup of sugar
1 dash of Salt
1 tsp artificial vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp egg beaters
2 tablespoons of nonfat Milk
3/4 cup wholewheat flour
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° and spray two mini-baking pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place all but flour in a medium-sized mixing bowl and gently mix by hand until smooth. Add flour. Cook about 20 minutes - or until golden brown.
