Baked Sole Parmesan Recipe

sole or tilapia fillets

Ingredients
1 lb sole fillets
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tsp paprika
Directions
  1. layer fish in 9x13 pan.

  2. combine all other ingredients except paprika and spread over fish.

  3. sprinkle with paprika.

  4. bake 25 - 30 min. at 350
