Directions
- Place frozen corn in a colander and run under cold water for about 5 minutes to thaw.
- In a medium bowl, toss together corn, green and red pepper, red onion, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to coat.
- Tip: Place a wet paper towel under a wooden cutting board to anchor it while you are dicing vegetables.
