| 1 | lb fresh asparagus |
| 1 | red onion |

- Heat oven to 450.
- Cut all vegetables into bite sized pieces.
- Toss with olive oil, salt & pepper (add other spices if desired) in a large roasting pan.
- Roast for 30 minutes.
