Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Makes 10 servings

broccoli, rice, celery, onion and cheese. very creamy. not the healthiest of side dishes, but this is a comfort food for my family.

Ingredients
2 cup rice
1 cup frozen broccoli, cooked
2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup onion, minced
1 cup celery, minced
6 tablespoons butter
8 ounce cheez whiz
Directions
  1. Saute onion and celery in butter over medium heat until soft and opaque. Mix cooked rice, broccoli and onion/celery mixture together. Combine soups and cheese to mixture.

  2. Spray 9 x 13 with cooking spray of your choice. (I use Smart Balance). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
