Delicious home made pita

Ingredients
| 8 |
tsp corn oil |
| 4 |
tsp sugar |
| 2 |
cup bread flour |
| 1 1/3 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 1/3 |
cup water |
| 1 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 2 |
tsp yeast |
Directions
- I use a bread maker to make the dough. :)
- Combine warm water, sugar and yeast. Add salt and oil, then add flour.
- Let the bread maker do its thing.
- When the dough is ready, divide into 12 equal pieces forming them into balls.
- Let them rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place, then gently press the tops down to form disks
- Bake at 500F/260C for 5 minutes.
- Let them chill, then cut in half. 1 serving is 1 pocket.
