Low-fat version of traditional broccoli cheese rice

Ingredients
4 oz
2 cups water
1 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups rice
3 cups broccoli
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Place rice, water, milk, broccoli, garlic powder in skillet and cook until rice is tender. Add small pieces of reduced fat velveeta and enjoy!
