Cole Slaw

Makes 4 servings

revised from another recipe to improve nutrition -- check to see if dressing is right amount for vegies

Ingredients
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1/2 large carrot, shredded
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Pickle Juice
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 pinch black pepper
Directions
  1. Mix cabbage, carrot & onion in medium bowl.

  2. In measuring cup or small bowl, mix other ingredients. Taste for seasoning.

  3. Chill.
