no egg, great tasting muffin

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1 cup soy milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 banana
1 apple, grated
1/4 cup flaked coconut
2 tsp vanilla
Directions
  1. heat oven 400F

  2. mix all ingredients

  3. bake for 25 mins or until tops are tender
