| 6 1/10 | oz , turkey bacon 6 slices |
| 3 | small zucchini, sliced |
| 3 | plum tomatoes, sliced |
| 1 | onion, sliced |
| 4 | oz. shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
- Parboil sliced zucchini and layer in the bottom of casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Next layer (in order):onions, tomato, pepper, cooked & crumbled bacon, & shredded cheese.
- Backe at 325 for 40-50 minutes.
