Broccoli Cheese & Rice Casserole Recipe

Broccoli Cheese & Rice Casserole Side Dish. Nancy Grasshoff's recipe

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli, chopped
2 cups rice
8 ounce american cheese
3 T. butter
1 onion, minced
1 cup celery, minced
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Directions
  1. Prepare & cook rice, set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Saute vegetables in butter until very soft, over medium low heat with lid.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the cheese, soups, celery, onion and broccoli. Lightly fold in the cooked rice.

  4. Coat a casserole dish with Pam cooking spray. Pour mixture into the dish and bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until cheese melts & heated through.
