Apple Pie

Makes 10 servings

Can be used as a main dish for a breakfast/brunch or as a dessert.

Ingredients
3 eggs
20 g wheat flour
50 g buckwheat flour
100 g oatmeal
1 cup milk
5 g olive oil
300 g apples
1 g cinnamon
1 g vanilla
20 g fructose
30 g cream
Directions
  1. Cut apples into small pieces and put them into a deep pan.

  2. Mix all the other ingredients together.

  3. Cover apples with this mix.

  4. Bake in an oven till the crust becomes light brown. (~180-190 degree Celsius)

  5. Good both hot and cold.
