Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe

Hearthy, comfort food.

Ingredients
4 cups butternut squash
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
Directions
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Layer peeled and cubed squash on the baking sheet; sprinkle with all of the seasonings. Coat with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, turn with a spatula. Bake an additional 10 minutes of until squash is soft and slightly browned.
