skinless fried chicken
| 2 | chicken breast |
| 1 | cup milk |
| 10 | tbsp flour |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 6 | tbsp oil |
- cut breasts into five servings
- add flour, pepper and salt into gallon sized bag and mix
- take out half of flour mixture and put in bowl
- add milk stirring constantly to avoid lumps
- dip chicken in batter then in flour and put into hot oil in fry pan
- cook until done
