Fried Chicken Recipe

Makes 5 servings


skinless fried chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breast
1 cup milk
10 tbsp flour
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp oil
Directions
  1. cut breasts into five servings

  2. add flour, pepper and salt into gallon sized bag and mix

  3. take out half of flour mixture and put in bowl

  4. add milk stirring constantly to avoid lumps

  5. dip chicken in batter then in flour and put into hot oil in fry pan

  6. cook until done
