RIDICULOUSLY healthy & easy to make.
I actually use 2 T of the light sugar blend, but it won't let me add it and its half the calories of reg. sugar

Ingredients

oz pumpkin |
| 2 |
cups oats |
| 1/3 |
c unsweetened applesauce |
| 1/3 |
cup yogurt, nonfat |
| 1 |
T sugar |
| 1 |
tsp vanilla |
| 1 |
tsp cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 |
tsp unsweetened cocoa powder |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, adding oats last.
- Let sit for 15 minutes & preheat oven to 350.
- Drop spoonfuls ontp waxpaper lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until edges turn brown. (You kind of need to flatten them a little bit, they don't really spread out on thier own).
- OPTIONAL: Topping suggestions - glaze, vanilla frosting, brown sugar, powdered sugar
