| 1/4 | teaspoon italian seasoning |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 2 | tablespoons margarine |
crush 3/4 cup saltine crackers. Add seasonings and salt. Beat 1 egg. Dip chicken in egg and then into cracker mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Melt butter and drizzle on top of chicken. Bake for 30 minutes at 375.Categories
