Banana Muffins Recipe

Low fat banana muffins with walnuts

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg
4 bananas
1/2 c. walnuts
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Place muffin cups in muffin tin.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Mix bananas and eggs in another bowl.

  4. Add banana mixutre to flour mixture and stir until smooth.

  5. Spoon batter into muffin tin.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
