Low fat banana muffins with walnuts
| 1 1/2 | cup flour |
| 1 1/4 | tsp. baking powder |
| 1/4 | tsp. salt |
| 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 2 | egg |
| 4 | bananas |
| 1/2 | c. walnuts |
- Preheat oven to 350. Place muffin cups in muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix bananas and eggs in another bowl.
- Add banana mixutre to flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
