Pan Fried Vegetables Recipe

Pan fried vegetables with a garlic-y kick to 'em!

Ingredients
5 carrots
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 red pepper
2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces.

  2. Heat oil in pan.

  3. Fry vegetables.

  4. Add garlic and sesame seeds.

  5. Listen to the seeds pop...

  6. Try a bite, if you think it's ready... it's ready :)
