Pork Chop Casserole Recipe

pork chops, onion, rice,

Ingredients
2 cups rice
1 4/5 cups cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
18 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
1 medium onion
Directions
  1. add rice, chopped onion, water, soup to 9x14 baking dish and mix well

  2. salt and pepper chops

  3. place on top of soup/rice mixture

  4. cover with tin foil

  5. bake at 375 for 45 min to 1 hour
