Ingredients
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp sultanas
1/2 dried apple
3 dried apricots
1 tbsp dried pineapple
1 tbsp walnuts
Directions
  1. Put everything in a container & take to work to snack on or top with low fat yoghurt and have as your breakfast or as part of your lunch.
