Ingredients

tbs butter |
| 1 |
cup flour |
| 1 |
egg |
| 4 |
oz cheese |
| 1 |
onion |
| 1 |
tbs balsamic vinegar |
| 1/3 |
cup skim milk |
Directions
- mix butter, flour and a little bit of water until it forms a soft dough. Chill for 30 minutes. Saute onions until soft, add balsamic and let reduce until liquid is gone. Cool onions, whisk together egg, milk and cheese. Stir in onions. Roll out dough and cut into 21 1 inch circles. spray mini-muffin tin with non stick cooking spray. line each muffin hole with dough, and fill with egg mixture. bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
