Hummy and Light Red Potatoes
| 1 1/2 | lbs red potatoes |
| 4 | tablespoons butter |
| 4 | tablespoons chives |
| 1 1/2 | cup milk |
Peal any bad spots or unattractive parts of the potatoes. Dice the potatoes. Add the potatoes to a pot of water, bring to a boil. When the potatoes are fork tender, drain them. Using a mixer or hand masher, mash the potatoes with the butter, chives and milk.Categories
