Chive Red Potatoes Recipe

Hummy and Light Red Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs red potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons chives
1 1/2 cup milk
Directions
Peal any bad spots or unattractive parts of the potatoes. Dice the potatoes. Add the potatoes to a pot of water, bring to a boil. When the potatoes are fork tender, drain them. Using a mixer or hand masher, mash the potatoes with the butter, chives and milk.
