Parmesan Crusted Cod Recipe

BLAZIN' - can substitute with any other fish filet

Ingredients
2 lbs cod (about 4 filet)
1/4 cup lime juice (1 lime)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Rinse and pat dry filets. Season if desired and bake at 450 for 5 minutes. Whisk lime juice and olive oil and drizzle over fish, top with parmesan and broil 2 minutes until light brown.
