| 2 | lbs cod (about 4 filet) |
| 1/4 | cup lime juice (1 lime) |
| 1/3 | cup grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
Rinse and pat dry filets. Season if desired and bake at 450 for 5 minutes. Whisk lime juice and olive oil and drizzle over fish, top with parmesan and broil 2 minutes until light brown.Categories
