Ingredients

large egg whites |

cup vegetable oil |

tsp vanilla extract |

tbsp chopped walnuts |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl shift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl whisk the egg and egg whites until frothy. Whisk in sugar, oil and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually fold in flour mixture until just blended. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool in pan and cut.
