Quick Bread Stuffing Recipe

Stuffing

Ingredients
6 cups dry bread
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup red onion
1 stalk celery
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Directions
moisten 6 cups dry bread with 1 cup beef broth. Melt butter, cook onion, celery and poultry seasoning until celery is soft. Mix with bread, put in greased caserole dish and bake 35-40 min. or until top is browned.
