sweet potato recipe
| 3 | cups sweet potatoes |
| 1 | tablespoon light butter |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | teaspoon sugar |
| 2 | cups corn flakes |
Combine sweet potatoes, light butter, milk, salt and sugar. Form into 6 patties. Roll in cornflakes to coat. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Categories
