The longer you roast it, the sweeter the taste!

Ingredients
1 head, medium cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Add them to a large ziplock bag with the oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder or other seasonings to taste.

  2. Roast at 425F for 40 minutes or to the desired softness.
