Ingredients

head cauliflower |
| 3 |
cloves garlic |
| 1 |
tsp olive oil |
| 1 |
tsp chicken bouillon |
| 2 |
tsp salt |
| 3 |
tsp pepper |
Directions
- Boil cauliflower and garlic (whole cloves) until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain, reserving about 1 cup of the liquid in the pot.
- Add remaining ingredients and mash with potatoe masher.
- Simmer until it's the consistency of mashed potatoes.
