Better than spuds!

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp chicken bouillon
2 tsp salt
3 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Boil cauliflower and garlic (whole cloves) until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of the liquid in the pot.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mash with potatoe masher.

  4. Simmer until it's the consistency of mashed potatoes.
