Makes 8 servings

frothy because of blended milk

Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped carrots
2 cups finely chopped celery
2 cups finely chopped onion
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
10 large banana peppers
12 cups chicken broth
8 ounces condensed milk
Directions
  1. saute veggies in oil until soft

  2. add broth and peppers

  3. simmer for 45 minutes

  4. put in blender

  5. add in condensed milk later (using flavored jalepeno milk is best)
